Good afternoon all! I’m at lunch right now but I can’t eat for a couple of days because after my Dr. appointment this morning I went to the grocery store and bought a handful of pine nuts. When I got back to the office I checked online to see how many points they would be and for ONE CUP of pine nuts it would be 25 points!! OMG! I could have had an Ulitmate Cheeseburger from Jack in the Box for that!! I didn’t actually eat 1 entire cup of pine nuts….it was maybe 1/2 a cup. HOLY CRAPICINO!
Alrighty then, it’s time to welcome Pierce & Peyton’s Mom to Xanga. She is my FAVORITE SIL! OH wait, she is my ONLY SIL! Please visit her site and say hello and really make her feel welcome!

Great checks! They’re too cute. I have the same problem with checks…I do my banking on line and pay with debit cards, so I don’t use them very much anymore. I wonder if they make some checks with pictures of crazy Jack Russell Terriers on them? I have one…enough said, right?
Anyway, thanks for your great comment on my site the other day about the OKC bombing. I don’t usually get many new visitors, and when I do, they usually don’t comment so it was very cool to hear from you.

Hey thanks for the link! I’ll make sure to look! I have to admit, I’ve been a Journey fan since 1978…(I was ten). I have a lot of other bands that I love and from my site you can tell that music is one of my hobbies, but there’s just no band like Journey (with Steve Perry anyway…not so hip on the new Steve). Anyway, I subbed to your site, hope you don’t mind. I look forward to reading more! Check in every now and then for a bit of music trivia…a poem or two…and lots and lots of family craziness.
Cute checks! I recently got Hello Kitty ones, but I’m always using my check card, so I hardly ever get to use my checks either. Also that stinks about the nuts. Maybe you could just fill up on green beans for a few days? lol Just kidding… Take care! : )
Pay bills on line!!!! Oh, my!!! That is all so “new”! How can you possibly trust it????? Sorry, hubby’s not into “new” no matter how old new is. If it hasn’t been around for 50 yrs. it just isn’t safe. lol Gotta love these older men who won’t learn new tricks and computers!

Nothing is good for us anymore. Not even water and air. That’s why I would have taken the cheeseburger. It’s going to kill me, sure, but at least I’ll have a full belly!
